Intramurals

     Intramurals are fun recreational, social and competitive on-campus sports activities. These are designed with the everyday athlete, just like us, in mind. This is a great opportunity for us to have some fun and to try that new sport we've always wanted to learn! We have everything from the traditional sports like soccer, basketball, tennis and volleyball.It's easy to get involved. For team sports it's best to put our own team together. What better way is there to have fun with our friends or to meet new people? Put some signs up in our department, or inviting people to play on to our team.

     Intramurals is about participation, interaction, and staying active and having fun. The sports offered are organized for friendly, fun competition and are not meant to be as competitive as Varsity sports.

     It Help us provide with a rewarding recreational experience by sharing our ideas and encouraging others to be active.Today, "intramural" tournaments are still organized within a specific community or municipal area, between teams of equivalent age or athletic ability.For most schools and campuses, intramural sports are used to promote wellness to students

       There are a lot of things that help people and the world to have a better future. And these things contribute towards the growth and development of youth to have a better life.

Do we know all these things? Are they some sort of computers with internet that give us enough information? Are they teachers who teach us about many things, to help our brains do better? But what about science, technology, and innovation, which leads to a great skill?
Science, technology, and innovation play a vital role in every sphere of life, and education is no exception. Their advent has deeply struck the educational scene.They have certainly changed the way we live. They have struck different facets of life and redefined living. Many new gadgets like computers, laptops, cell phones, IPods, and electric vehicles help us improve our skills and knowledge, and they give us lots of information. Many complex and critical processes can be carried out with ease and greater efficiency with the help of modern technology and innovation.


They provide greater interest in learning. The use of modern technology has made the process of teaching and learning enjoyable.Since we live in a technology-age, it’s important for us to be abreast with the latest inventions and innovations that lead to a better life.

Buwan ng Wika

         

          Ang wikang Filipino, na siyang pambansang wika sa Pilipinas ay ang wikang ginagamit sa lahat ng sulok ng bansa. Ito ang nagsisilbing sinturon upang maitali ang mga mamamayan upang maging isa sila sa kanilang mga diwa, pangarap at kalsadang tinutugpa. Mahirap na isipin kung walang sariling wika na magiging daan upang magkabuklod-buklod ang mga hiwa-hiwalay na isla ng Pilipinas. Maaaring magdulot ito ng mga kaguluhan at hindi pagkakaunawaan. 

          Malinaw na ang wika ay isang mahalagang kasangkapan na ginagamit upang maiparating ang mga nasasaloob na ideya at damdamin ng isang tao. Hindi lamang ito isang paraan ng pakikipag-usap niya sa kapwa kundi ginagamit din niya upang makipagkaibigan, makipagtalakayan at maibahagi ang kanyang iba’t ibang opinyon at kaisipan. Sa buong kasaysayan, maraming mga bagay, sitwasyon at pangyayari na tumutukoy sa kahalagahan ng wika sa mga tao, sa kanyang kapaligiran at higit lalo na sa kanyang bansa.

          

          Ang pagkakaisa ng mga mamamayan ng isang bansa sa isipan at gawa ay dapat makamtan ng bawat bansa at ang pagkakabuklod na hinahangad ay makakamtan lamang kapag ang jating wikang sarili ay ginagamit ng bawat pilipino.

My Hero, My Mom..

       

          In every ones life, there are people who mean a lot to them but every one a while someone even more unique comes along.This is a person who you can call "hero". A hero is someone who has made a difference in my life, and it is obvious to the people around my family and me. I don't think she will comprehend how much I appreciate her everyday and how much she mean to me. To me, she is perfect in every way. My hero is my mom and there is definitely no question about it.

          There are many questions, reasons why mom is my hero for me. But there just a few of them to mention. My mom is always here for me, she always knew what is good for me and she always ask me when there is a problem on me. She was there if I just needed someone to talk to and she would always listen to me. My mom is a strong person and brave, she will do anything for my happiness. She was also proud of me for a great school year I accomplished. She helped me with my school work many times no matter how busy she might have been. She wanted to make sure that I had a great education and so far she have succeeded mom. Just by my mom being there to me and being there to listen to me and being a best friend to me also makes my hero. So, I'm very thankful that she is my mom, for always being here, especially in my times of need. She is my Hero.
